Wonderland of Lights in Downtown Marshall
This is the 31st Annual anniversary celebration of the Wonderland of Lights Festival. Christmas delights are around every corner from ice skating rink, Holly Trolly, to the beautifully restored vintage 1948 Herschel carousel. There are special events throughout the holiday season.

San Antonio Christmas Light Fest in Boerne
Overflowing with Hill Country holiday fun, Christmas Light Fest features holiday light displays at an historic ranch land just 20 minutes outside of San Antonio. Usually reserved for private events, the ranch opens its gates to the public for everyone to enjoy the dazzling drive-thru. The 125-acre historic Don Strange Ranch is a real working longhorn ranch just 20 minutes from La Cantera off IH-10 West, exit 533, at 103 Waring Welfare Road in Boerne, making Christmas Light Fest easy to enjoy from San Antonio or the Hill Country.

Christmas Tour of LightsFarmers Branch Historical Park
The Tour of Lights is a drive-thru animated display that will amaze you with over half a million twinkling lights. You’ll travel through a variety of different scenes, each with its own theme, from fantasy to patriotic. There’s festive holiday music and an animated show in the Farmers Branch Historical Park with Santa Claus himself. Be sure to add the Christmas Tour of Lights to your holiday schedule. It’s sure to be a treasured holiday tradition for your family! Free with donations accepted. Closed December 2 and December 25.

Each car is decorated for the season where passengers enjoy a live reading of the North Pole Flyer book-our railroad’s own Christmas Story.
